1. Return Eligibility

• Original packaging, accessories, and included materials are intact

Items that do not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please note that unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We recommend inspecting all deliveries immediately after receiving your package.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

• Packaging materials
• Shipping labels or carrier information

4. Non-Returnable Items

6. European Union Customer Rights
Customers located within the European Union may cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery regardless of the reason, provided that:
• The product remains unused
• Original packaging is preserved
• Valid proof of purchase is supplied
This policy applies in addition to our standard 30-day return eligibility for unused products.
7. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
